I’m Samantha—welcome to Goosey Gander Microbakery & Farmstand in Ocala, Florida.
This all started because I wanted better for my family—simpler foods, more honest ingredients, and a slower, more intentional way of living. What began in my own kitchen grew into this: small-batch sourdough, one-of-a-kind handmade pottery, and tallow-based skincare made with purpose.

As a mom, I believe in being resourceful, using what we have, caring for the land and animals around us, and creating a life that feels free, grounded, and real. Everything here is made by hand, in small quantities, with that same mindset.
